Location is perfect, right in the middle of downtown, close to everything. The bed is so comfortable and the bathroom is good. Also, the kitchen is bigger than expected, which was a pleasant surprise.
The management could be better. I wasn't given the right code for the lockbox and nobody answered the phone when I called for help.

There were occasional traffic noises in the mornings due to garbage collection and street sweeping.
